Leaving Las Vegas Synopsis :

Ben (Nicolas Cage) er en succesløs Hollywood-screenwriter, der tager til Las Vegas med en plan om at drikke sig selv ihjel. Her møder han den prostituerede Sera (Elisabeth Shue), som desperat leder efter kærligheden og er på flugt fra sin alfons. Ben og Sera indleder et forhold i et forsøg på at fortrænge deres ellers så håbløse liv. Mike Figgis' har instrueret denne knugende, rå, modbydelige film. Det er en ubehagelig oplevelse at se dem, men det er noget enhver bør tvinge sig selv til.
